6:00am - BODY TONER - light weights and/or bodyweight.

5:00pm - POWER - lifting weights to the beat! (Non Impact, all over body firming)

5:30pm - STRONG NATION - Kick and punch to fantastic beats!

6:05pm - STEP AEROBICS - total leg workout by stepping up and down on a small platform. 4-5k steps taken.

6:40pm - PILATES MAT(10 week programmes for members and non members)- CORE! 

 

Tuesday

6:00am - STRONG NATION

5:00PM - BODY TONER alternating weekly with BOXING - light weights and/or bodyweight.

5:30pm - POWER

6:05pm - STRONG NATION - Kick and punch to fantastic beats! 

 

Wednesday

6:00am - POWER

5:00pm - STRONG NATION

5:30pm - ABS BUTTS & THIGHS - target these zones, Studio style!

6:05pm - POWER

6:40pm - PILATES MAT

 

Thursday

6:00am - INTRO TO BOXING - learn to punch for stress relief, fitness and toned arms!

5:30pm - STEP AEROBICS

6:00pm - STRONG NATION

6:30pm - STRETCH/MOBILITY MOVES to help alleviate stiffness, restricted movement through the joints and to chill!

7:30am - POWER HOUR! 60 mins of Lifting to the beat! Total Body Firming!

 

Sunday

8:00am -  30/30 FUSION!  (30 mins STRONG NATION & 30 mins POWER)- one hour of cardio and muscle work!
